Paul Wakeling Motors have listened to their customers and have built a dedicated Service and Parts Centre. This new centre is located at 1a Mill Road, separate from the rest of the dealership and consists of:
- 1600m2 of floor space, more than twice the area they originally had
- 40 vehicle work stations
- 90 additional parking spaces
- Café with modern waiting lounge
- Parts department with an enormous array of merchandise and apparel
We also have our award winning Service & Parts Centre at Camden Holden - Edward St Camden.
What makes our Service and Parts Centres innovative is simple:
- No other dealership has invested so heavily in providing such resources for their customers
- There are separate booking facilities for Holden, Hyundai and Mitsubishi
- You are greeted at your vehicles by a Service Provider when you arrive at your designated service reception and your vehicle is valet parked
- A café where you can get yourself a coffee or snack while you wait or even a delicious meal
- Modern and comfortable waiting lounge
- Courtesy bus for local pick-up and drop-off
- Every vehicle is washed
Since the new Service and Parts Centre became operational customers have benefitted from the booking ease and conveniences our new centre offers. Rather they have their own Service Advisor who ensures that the whole service procedure is smooth and trouble free. Now we have the facilities to ensure that every car is washed and customers are able to take advantage of our free courtesy bus that will pick-up and drop-off customers as required.
