If you are waiting on your card please note production time is 14 working days - however, you are still entitled to your WOW benefits.  Simply contact Janina on 46 28 1444 and we will arrange your free carwash or discounted service.

If it has been over 21 days since you joined and have not received your card or if you have lost your card please use this form to let us know and we will issue you a new card.  There is no longer a fee to replace your card.
